Privacy policy

The Daven Residential Office Hub is a private business system used only by Daven Residential's own staff to manage its construction projects. It is not offered to the public, and nobody outside Daven Residential can sign up.

What the Hub holds

Project budgets, bids, purchase orders, change orders, invoices, payment records, and contact details for Daven Residential's clients, vendors and subcontractors, along with documents such as insurance certificates.

QuickBooks

With Daven Residential's permission, the Hub reads Daven Residential's own QuickBooks Online company (vendors, customers and projects, products and services, bills, expenses, payments and deposits) to check that its records agree with QuickBooks. It only reads: it never creates, changes or deletes anything in QuickBooks. The data is used for Daven Residential's internal accounting and is never sold or shared.

Email

The Hub reads selected folders (labels) of Daven Residential's own business mailboxes with read-only access, so bids and invoices can be recorded. It cannot send, change or delete email.

Service providers

Data is stored with Supabase and the Hub is hosted by Vercel, in the United States. Incoming bid and invoice emails may be read by Anthropic's Claude service to suggest how to record them; Anthropic does not use this data to train its models.

Security

Access requires a password and a second sign-in step, is limited by role, and every change to financial records is logged. Connections to QuickBooks and email can be disconnected at any time.
